As part of their Lenten campaign the students in 6th class donated money to the Trócaire boxes in their classrooms. This year the focus was on the effects of climate change on the people of Rwanda. Floods have damaged crops and livelihoods. The €221.53 raised will mean that land can be farmed sustainably to ensure long term production of crops for the people affected in this area. Well done 6th class on making a difference to the lives of others.
