The pupils of 6th Class B took on the challenge of organising and running a Science Fair for the younger classes in the school—and it was a fantastic success!
The children planned and created a wide range of experiments and interactive displays across many areas of Science. These included Forces, Electricity, the Solar System, Sound, Light, Bubbles, Acids and Bases including some very exciting “Foaming Monsters”, Magnets and Living Things. Each group put great effort into making their projects engaging, informative and fun for the younger pupils from Junior Infants all the way up to Third Class.
The 6th Class pupils did an excellent job explaining their experiments, answering questions and encouraging the younger children to get involved through hands-on activities.
A huge well done to 6th Class B for their hard work and creativity and for making the Science Fair such a memorable experience for everyone involved!
