There was great excitement when Tipperary Minor Hurling Munster Champion Travis McLoughlin visited the school with the impressive John Doyle Cup. He was accompanied by Gary O’ Connor, GDA with Tipperary GAA, who spoke highly of Travis and his dedication to both his club Cahir GAA and his County.
Travis spoke of his commitment to his sport from an early age. The children learned that achieving success requires hard work and that setbacks require resilience. Respect is key to a team performance and many friends can be made through sport.
We wish Travis and his teammates the best of luck in their preparations for the All Ireland Semi Final in the next few weeks. 💙💛
