We are delighted to announce that our school has been awarded the prestigious Research Ireland Curious Minds Gold Award in recognition of the outstanding Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) initiatives that have taken place throughout the school over the past year.
This national award celebrates schools that foster curiosity, creativity and innovation through STEM learning experiences. Achieving Gold Award status reflects our school’s strong commitment to developing our pupils’ problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for discovery.
Throughout the year, pupils across all class levels have engaged in a wide range of STEM activities, including scientific investigations, engineering challenges, coding activities, hands-on experiments and collaborative projects.
Receiving this award is a wonderful achievement for our entire school community and is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our staff and pupils.
We are incredibly proud of this accomplishment and look forward to continuing to build on our STEM journey, providing further opportunities for our pupils to innovate, create and discover.
