Congratulations to the children in 6th Class who received the Sacrament of Confirmation on Saturday 7th March in St. Mary's Church , Cahir. It was a beautiful ceremony and it was wonderful to see so many of the children's family members present at the service. Special 'Thanks' to Bishop Cullinan for being there and to Fr. John Nally, Fr. Peter Cullen and Fr. Taddeo for concelebrating the Confirmation Service. They were ably assisted by Kristian. 'Thank You' to Fiona and Sarah for the beautiful music. To Michael the Sacristan and to Sharon in the office - 'Thank You' for all your help with the practices. 'Thank you' to the ladies who arranged the flowers for the altar - they were beautiful.
A special 'Thank You' to our Parent's Council who prepared bags of popcorn for the children for after the service. 'Thank You' for all the work you do to make these occasions so special for the children in our school.
'Thank You' to Aileen and Michelle, in the office, for preparing the booklets for the Confirmation Service. To Martin for helping with our art display.
